For the culminating assessments on the third unit, students will write an in-class narrative response that addresses the following prompts.

2).     From the perspective of a an African-American or a Southern plantation owner; explain how the United States government “establish justice and insured domestic tranquility” politically, economically, and socially for the nation.

 

3)    From the perspective of an industrial worker or a business owner; explain how the United States government “establish justice and insured domestic tranquility” politically, economically, and socially for the nation.

 

Your narrative  response should include a multitude of historical evidence from the PowerPoint and your reading of the text (events and vocabulary use are necessary for optimal scoring).
